Lineup change for XXXX Derby

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys head coach Paul Green has made one change to his 21-man squad for Thursday night's XXXX Derby against the Brisbane Broncos with Shaun Fensom unavailable due to concussion.

The workhorse forward will be replaced on the interchange by Corey Jensen, who returns for his first game in the top grade in three weeks.

Te Maire Martin continues his stay in the No.1 jersey after three consecutive impressive performances since moving to fullback in Round 19.

Rookie playmaker Jake Clifford will again partner Johnathan Thurston in the halves after a promising start to his NRL career.

Co-captain Matt Scott has been named to start in the front row for a second consecutive week as he continues his comeback from a neck injury which sidelined him for two months during the middle of the season.

Scott will again be partnered by fellow representative prop Jordan McLean, who has also made a triumphant return from a serious foot injury.

Jensen is joined on the interchange by utility Ben Hampton and forwards John Asiata and Scott Bolton.

Forwards Ethan Lowe and Francis Molo have been named in the reserves alongside winger Gideon Gela-Mosby and fullback Lachlan Coote.

Thursday's game kicks off at 7.50pm.
