The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys were today handed a breach notice by the NRL in relation to comments made by head coach Paul Green in the post-match press conference following the team’s Round 22 game against the Melbourne Storm in Townsville on Friday 4 August.
The club has five working days to consider its response to the notice, and will do so within the specified time frame and in accordance with NRL rules.
The club will be making no further comment at this time.
