Biniris staff Luisa Buzzi and April Gela getting ready to ‘spring clean’ at NRL Cowboys House

As one of Australia’s leading cleaning and facilities maintenance companies, Biniris may work behind the scenes, but they're having a major impact at NRL Cowboys House.

Biniris provides cleaning services valued at over $30,000 per year free of charge for the House, with staff member April Gela cleaning at the facility five days a week during school term.

Cowboys Community Foundation director Fiona Pelling described the support from Biniris as 'amazing'.

“Peter King, the managing director of Biniris, came to us early in the year after he had read a story about NRL Cowboys House,” Ms Pelling explained.

“Without any prompting or request from us, Peter offered the donation of regular cleaning services as his company’s contribution to NRL Cowboys House.”

In addition, April is joined twice a year by other Biniris staff for a major clean of the facility – she was joined by long-time friend and Biniris co-worker Luisa Buzzi during the semester break to get things spick-and-span for the return of the boys for Term 3.

“We are so grateful for the support of Biniris and the boys at the House just love seeing April’s happy face,” Ms Pelling said.

“Their support means that the money we would have otherwise spent on cleaning is being used to directly support the special education and health and wellbeing services NRL Cowboys House provides to support our boys.”
