NYC Cowboys v NYC Raiders | GIO Stadium

Coach Aaron Payne has made a late change to his team for today’s Round 17 National Youth Competition game between the Canberra Raiders and the visiting North Queensland Toyota Cowboys.

A hand injury to interchange forward Jayden Stephens has ruled the big prop out of the match with utility Jacob Bourke coming into the side for his first NYC game of the season.

The young Cowboys are gunning for back-to-back wins after downing perennial NYC heavyweights Penrith last weekend.

The game at Canberra’s GIO Stadium kicks off at 3.10pm.

NYC COWBOYS: 1. Kalyn Ponga, 2. Michael Carroll, 3. Nathan Traill, 4. Kurt Wiltshire, 5. Marshall Hudson, 6. Mitch Dunn (C), 7. Jake Clifford, 17. Solomon Vasuvulagi, 9. Calum Gahan, 10. Emry Pere, 11. Cody Maughan, 12. Ryan Lloyd, 13. Corey Horsburgh. Interchange: 8. Kaleb Fuimaono, 14. Duarne Dempsey, 15. Connor Luhan, 19. Jacob Bourke.
