Head coach Paul Green has named his squad for Saturday’s Round 16 National Rugby League clash against the Penrith Panthers in Townsville.
Co-captain Johnathan Thurston has been named in the side with Maroons teammates Gavin Cooper, Michael Morgan and Coen Hess, with the inspirational No.7 in line to play his 300th NRL game and club record-breaking 271st Cowboys game.
After a mid-season move from the Panthers, newest recruit Te Maire Martin has been named in the reserves after commencing training with the team this week.
Saturday's game kicks off at 3pm at 1300SMILES Stadium, following the Laurie Spina Shield and NYC curtain-raisers.
