Winning the Cowboys membership 'money can't buy' experience earlier this year, the father of three was upgraded to the exclusive Shine Super Sofa for the Round 5 match, enjoying a food and beverage package and receiving his 2017 player jersey on the night.

“Sitting on the sofa was great; being so close to the field and the players was a great experience!” Kevin said.

A born-and-bred North Queenslander, Kevin has been a Cowboys fan since the very start, and says that although he works in Moranbah he still makes it to plenty of home games.

“I moved to Townsville in 1995 to start a boilermaker apprenticeship, and I went to the very first home game and have supported the Cowboys ever since.”

Now a special class welder, Kevin says that luck was on his side when he booked tickets to the grand final in 2015 before the team had made it into the finals.

“My favourite moment is the Cowboys winning the final because I was lucky enough to be there. I booked the tickets to go in the middle of the year … then it ended up being Cowboys v Broncos – it was great to see!”

Don’t miss your chance to experience the Shine Super Sofa by joining as a 2017 North Queensland Toyota Cowboys member!
