We want to hear from you! The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys are looking for your feedback on a range of topics in our annual Fan Survey.
To thank you for taking the time to participate, we will place you into the draw to win one of three great prizes:
1st Prize: A 2016 signed Cowboys jersey
2nd Prize: Two tickets to a corporate facility for one home game in the 2017 season
3rd Prize: A 2016 Cowboys signature football
Your responses will allow us to better understand how our members and supporters think and feel and will assist us in our future decision-making.
This research program is conducted on behalf of the Cowboys by independent research company Futures Sport & Entertainment, and we encourage you to get involved!
COMPLETING THE SURVEY: The survey will take around 20 minutes to complete and will close for responses on Friday 23 September.
THE PRIZE: Just by completing the survey, you'll go into the draw to win one of three great prizes! The prizes will be drawn on Monday 26 September at 9am by Futures Sport & Entertainment and the winner will be notified by the Cowboys by Wednesday 28 September.
