North Queensland Toyota Cowboys under-20s coach Aaron Payne has made several changes to his round 2 NYC side, as his team aims for their first win for 2016 when they play the Parramatta Eels on Saturday.

Following a first-up 30-16 loss to the Sharks, Payne has made personnel and positional changes, which will see centre Enari Tuala and forward Jack Lote make their NYC debuts.

Tuala replaces Nathan Traill in the centres, with Traill moving to the wing in place of Gideon Gela-Mosby.

Lote will play off the bench, with Kaleb Fuimaono out injured.

Props Darryn Schonig and Ross Bella swap starting and bench position, while hooker Brandon Smith returns to the side, with Reuben Cotter moving on to the bench.

Calum Gahan drops out of the 17.
