North Queensland Toyota Cowboys NYC coach Todd Payten has named a new-look lineup for Friday's clash with ladder-leaders Brisbane at 1300SMILES Stadium.
Injury has forced a number of changes to the third-placed Cowboys team that took care of the Bulldogs 42-20 last Saturday.
Viliame Kikau (concussion), Brandon Smith (ankle) and Kieran Quabba (shoulder) have been ruled out, with Ross Bella, Jordan Kenworthy and Bill Cullen promoted to the starting side.
Kyle Laybutt and Temone Power come on to the bench, with the chance to make their debuts in Cowboys colours in front of a home crowd.
Gates open at 5pm with NYC kick off at 5.20pm.
