North Queensland Toyota Cowboys coach Paul Green will go into the Panthers clash with the same side that scored the club's first win of the season last weekend.
It will be fullback Lachlan Coote's first outing against his old club and his third back in the NRL for the Cowboys.
The teams' last meeting was a Monday night game in round 23, 2014, which Penrith won in golden point 23-22 and ended the Cowboys' four-game winning streak.
Kick off is at 7pm.
