The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys will be at full strength for their round five match against the Penrith Panthers on Monday night, as they look to make it back-to-back victories.

The Panthers have lost their last two matches but will be back at their home ground for the Easter Monday game, while North Queensland won their first match of the season 18-17 against the Storm last night.

The last time the two sides met in round 23 last season, Penrith won 23-22.
