Queensland under-18 halfback Cooper Bambling will return to the Toyota Cowboys’ NYC squad for the round 17 clash with St George Illawarra in Sydney on Saturday afternoon.
After recovering from a shoulder injury he picked up in the Maroons’ loss to the Blues last month, Bambling will replace Ty Carucci in one of two changes to the starting 13 that was beaten by South Sydney at the weekend.
The other alteration comes in the forward pack where Coen Hess returns from an ankle injury to replace Regan Grieve who will be on Queensland Schoolboys duties.
