Glenn Hall has been promoted to the Toyota Cowboys’ starting forward pack for tonight’s NRL Queensland derby against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.

Originally named on a five-man interchange bench on Tuesday by coach Paul Green, Hall will start at lock with Joel Riethmuller dropping out of the squad of 18.

After missing out on playing in round one, Ashton Sims has earned a recall to the reserves’ list against his former club.

Both North Queensland and Brisbane are coming off first-round wins, both by six-point margins – 28-22 against Canberra for the Cowboys and 18-12 for the Broncos against Canterbury.

Both teams will wear red armbands to support the Daniel Morcombe Foundation in tonight's clash.

Kick off is at 7.40pm – catch it live on Channel 9/WIN or 4TOFM.
