WIN THE ULTIMATE GAME DAY EXPERIENCE
PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter and acceptance
1.1 The Promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited (ABN 28 060 382 961) of Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810 (Promoter, we us, our).
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Win the Ultimate Game Day Experience’ promotion including the process the Promoter will use to select the prize winner. A promotion participant is called an ‘entrant’. By entering the promotion, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies the entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.
2. Promotion overview
2.1 Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 The promotion opens 9am AEST on Friday 13 March 2026 and closes 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 19 March 2026 (Promotional Period).
3. Entry method
3.1 Entry Procedure: An eligible entrant may enter the promotion by:
a) Becoming a 2026 Full Season Ticketed Consumer Member – One (1) entry per seat held
4. Eligibility
4.1 Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
4.2 A 2026 Full Season Ticketed Consumer Member
4.3 A 2026 Full Season Ticketed Consumer Member includes the following membership categories: Club 95, Diamond Star, Platinum Star and Gold Star membership.
4.4 Directors, officers and employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
4.4 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize if the winners’ membership account falls into arrears or is cancelled for any reason. In this instance, if the prize has already been delivered, we will issue an invoice for the amount of $1,500 to recover the cost and time associated with delivering the prize.
5. Selection of winners
5.1 Two (2) winners will be determined by a random computerised draw at Cowboys HQ, Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810 at 10:00am AEST on Friday 20 March 2026.
5.2 Each winner will be notified by phone on Friday, 20 March 2026, and their names will be published online at cowboys.com.au/ultimategameday on Friday 20 March 2026. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
5.3 Once the winners are determined then no correspondence will be entered into with any disappointed entrants.
6. Unclaimed prize
6.1 All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the two (2) winners. If the Prize is not claimed by the winners by 2:00pm AEST on Friday 20 March 2026, it will be awarded to another person via a random computerised second chance draw taking place on Friday 20 March 2026.
6.2 The winners of the second chance draw, if any, will be notified by 11.59pm on Friday 20 March 2026.
6.3 If any winner chooses not to take their prize, or is unable to, or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
7. Prize pool
7.1 There are two (2) identical prize packages to be won. Each prize package includes:
(i) Prior to Cowboys v Titans on Sunday 22 March a 'Money Can't Buy Experience' for two people including tour of training facilities, gym, dressing room and pre-match briefing.
(ii) At Cowboys v Titans on Sunday 22 March, seating for two people in the 'TAB Best Seats' (temporary seating on the turf at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, only a few steps from the sideline and corner posts).
(iii) Food and beverage package for two people at Cowboys v Titans (served directly to the TAB Best Seats).
8. General
8.1 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8.2 Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
8.3 If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
8.4 Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
8.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
8.6 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if any 2026 Round 3 Cowboys v Titans on Sunday 22 March is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f) participation in the prize.
8.7 As a condition of accepting the prize, the winners (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
9. Privacy (collection notice)
9.1 Entrants agree to have their email address added to the Cowboys email list.
9.2 Entrants can unsubscribe from Cowboys emails anytime by visiting the preference centre or following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Cowboys email.
9.3 The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.cowboys.com.au/privacy-policy/ (for The Promoter). In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
10. Publicity
10.1 By entering the competition, you agree to participate in a live interview on the big screen at Cowboys v Titians on Sunday 22 March 2026 at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, if we choose to do so, and at a time and location advised by us.
10.2 The Prize does not include travel, accommodation or additional costs incurred to attend the game.
10.3 During the match, participants must comply with all instructions given to them by Cowboys staff in relation to moving between the TAB Best Seats, sideline area and corporate areas.
