We offer two easy and convenient options to pay for your full season membership: monthly payment instalments or pay-in-full.
By selecting either the monthly instalment OR full payment plan option, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each season into the same membership category and using the same payment method as the previous season.
Our auto-renewal process, known as Rolling Renewal, allows you to retain your seats each year and and renew your membership as convenient as possible - simply ensure your credit / debit card details are up-to-date and we’ll do all the work for you!
Break your membership payment into smaller, more manageable chunks with a monthly payment plan.
Club 95 - Club 95 membership can be split into five (5) equal monthly payments.
Full season - All other full season memberships can be paid over 10 equal monthly instalments. For the 2023 season, instalments will begin on 14 October 2022. Each subsequent instalment will be deducted from your nominated credit card on the 15th day of each month.
If you join after 14 October 2022, your first instalment will be a ‘catch-up payment’, equal to the total sum of monthly instalments that have already passed, to bring you up to date.
To take advantage of this payment plan, simply select the monthly instalment option when renewing or purchasing your membership online or over the phone.
Available to Diamond Star, Platinum Star, Platinum Lite Star, Fanatics Bay and Gold Star full season members. Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted only.
Non-full season: The monthly payment plan is not available for Flexi 4, Home Star, Distant Star, Dual Cowboys Maroons, Super Star and Rising Star memberships.
You may purchase any Cowboys membership in full with a one-off payment.
Towards the conclusion of each season, we will email you with instructions as to how you can pay for your membership, based on your category.
Opt-out of membership
If you would like to opt-out of membership for the coming season you may do so at any time prior to 15 October by advising us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Leading up to the renewal period October, we will email you with a reminder about your ability to opt out and the process to do so.
Depending on your category of membership, if you don't opt-out, we will:
- Renew your membership automatically for the new season, in the same category and using the same payment method as the previous season. This is applicable to full season, Flexi 4, Super Star and Rising Star membership.
- Cancel your membership. This is applicable to Home Star, Distant Star and Dual Cowboys Maroons membership, which require the member to 're-join' each year so that they may select their chosen games, based on the season draw.
