Corporate members receive invitations to attend exclusive North Queensland Toyota Cowboys events!

Season launch

The official launch of the highly-anticipated North Queensland Toyota Cowboys’ 2020 season is held exclusively for Cowboys partners, sponsors and corporate members.

The annual pre-season event will formally announce the new season’s NRL playing squad and introduce new recruits.

All club coaches and officials will be present, with Head Coach Paul Green to give an exclusive on-stage interview about how the team have been preparing over the pre-season and provide insight into the strategy for the season ahead.

The fantastic lineup of entertainment includes panel-style interviews with players and coaching staff, along with an engaging segment from a yet-to-be-announced keynote speaker.

The sit-down luncheon style event includes a delicious 2-course meal and 3-hour drinks package (beer, wine and soft drinks).

Held at the Townsville Entertainment and Convention Centre, the event provides a unique opportunity to kick-start the season where the Cowboys corporate family can interact with current Cowboys players, who will be seated at each table.

There will also be some incredible lucky door prizes up for grabs!

Date: Week before Round 1, 2020

Venue: Townsville Entertainment & Convention Centre

Inclusions: Two-course meal and 3-hour drinks package (spirits, beer, wine and soft drinks).

Tickets: Complimentary tickets are included in these corporate packages: Terraces, Function Room 2, Club Lounge, Chairman’s Lounge, suites and corporate boxes.

All other corporate members can purchase tickets to the event or add additional tickets to their package.

Mid-year event (TBC)

Date: Mid-season 2020

Venue: Townsville Entertainment & Convention Centre  

Tickets: Complimentary tickets are included in these corporate packages: Sky Deck, Club Lounge, Corporate Boxes, Suites, Centreline Club, Chairman’s Lounge.

All other corporate members can purchase tickets to the event or add additional tickets to their package.

Presentation Ball

The Cowboys Presentation Ball is the exclusive end of season awards night to celebrate the achievements of the 2020 season.

The night kicks off with drinks and canapes, before guests are asked to take their seats for the formalities.

Awards presented during the night include Rookie of the Year, Players’ Player, Club Person of the Year, the Townsville Bulletin Fans’ Choice award, Coach’s Award, along with recognising state and international achievements.

The event culminates in the announcement of the prestigious Paul Bowman Medal – the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Player of the Year.

Known for being an emotionally-charged event, we take the opportunity to farewell and thank any departing players for their contribution to the club. 

To end the night on a high, a band or artist takes the stage, followed by a DJ, allowing guests to dance the night away!

Tickets: All corporate members are invited to purchase tickets to the Presentation Ball.

Exclusive Corporate Event (TBC)

An annual event held exclusively for Cowboys corporate members, designed as a ‘thank you’ for their commitment and support of the club.

Previously held on the training field at Cowboys HQ or at Event Cinemas in the CBD, the event allows corporate members to network and feel part of the Cowboys inner sanctum.

Formerly featuring talks from the Cowboys football department and club updates from our executive team, it’s a great opportunity to share exclusive club insight with our team behind the team!

Date: March-April 2020

Inclusions: Complimentary refreshments

Tickets: An invitation to attend is included in all corporate packages.
