Feed the Scrum Breakfast

Our annual Feed the Scrum Breakfast provides rare behind-the-scenes access to a Captains Run training session at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. 

An increasingly popular event in our hospitality calendar, the Feed the Scrum breakfast includes panel discussions with key coaching and playing staff as well as time to network over a hot breakfast with your guests.

Timing: Mid/late season 

Tickets: All full season members are invited to purchase tickets to attend. 

Season Launch

The highly anticipated Cowboys Season Launch connects the squad with North Queensland Toyota Cowboys partners, sponsors, corporate members and staff at the commencement of the season.

An annual event, the launch introduces our new recruits and confirms the club's NRL playing squad for the season. 

Timing: Pre-season (February/March)

Tickets: Complimentary tickets are provided to full season corporate members of our Terraces, Chairman’s Lounge, Centreline Club, Suites and Corporate Boxes. 

Mid Season Event

Outside of a stellar season of football, tickets to the Cowboys Mid Season event are some of the most sought after in North Queensland. 

Full event theming, such as 2022's 'Let's Go Retro', provide a fun, relaxed and memorable get together for the squad, sponsors, corporate partners and staff.

Timing: Mid Season (May/June/July)

Tickets: Complimentary tickets are offered to full season corporate members of our Sky Deck, Shorty's, Club Lounge, Corporate Boxes, Suites, Centreline Club and Chairman’s Lounge. 

Presentation Night

The Cowboys Presentation Night celebrates the achievements of the squad during the 'regular season' with awards including Rookie of the Year, the Cowboys Way Award and Cowboy of the Year.

Date: Season end (September - November)

Tickets: Selected hospitality members are invited to purchase tickets to the Presentation Night (invitation subject to hospitality package).

Exclusive Corporate Events

Cowboys corporate members are regularly invited to one-off events during the season such as networking breakfasts, panel lunches and pre-game social drinks.  Offered on an ad-hoc basis, these events provide opportunities to connect with the squad and coaching staff depending on their availability as the season progresses.
