Mark Henry

Position: High Performance Unit

A former first grade player with the Cowboys, Henry returned to the club as part of the expanded high performance unit for the 2014 season.

He was previously assistant NRL strength and conditioning coach after spending two seasons in a similar role at the Canberra Raiders, where he was also in charge of the NYC squad’s strength and conditioning work. 

Mark also provides most of the input on the nutritional requirements of the Cowboys' squads.
