Marvel superheroes and the heroes of the NRL interlink in Round 21 with five teams, including the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, wearing an exclusive range of Marvel superhero-themed jerseys by ISC.
The ISC Marvel Superhero jerseys will launch on 15 July and be available for fans to purchase from club stores, nrlshop.com, ISC website and Rebel Sport.
This exciting collaboration was borne of a desire to create variety and innovation for Marvel and sports fans alike.
We’ll see the Marvel superhero and NRL sporting attributes of strength and endurance align as the Cowboys don Thor jerseys, with Ashton Sims featured in a vignette that reveals how the rugby league star channels Marvel superhero characteristics come game day.
The participating clubs include the Sydney Roosters (Captain America), St George-Illawarra Dragons (Iron Man), Canberra Raiders (The Hulk), North Queensland Toyota Cowboys (Thor) and the Manly Sea Eagles (Wolverine).

The games played in early August, coined the Superhero Round, will kick off on Friday 1 August, with the Cowboys channelling their inner superheroes against the Gold Coast Titans in a Queensland derby at 1300SMILES Stadium at 5.30pm on Saturday 2 August.
The home game will also feature a number of ‘marvellous’ game day events, including character appearances and Marvel activities.
