The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys and the Royal Queensland Bush Children’s Health Scheme Mount Isa office joined forces in 2008 to revive the operations of the local children’s health and community services provider.
Under the 'Cowboys in the Community' banner, the partnership is working to ensure the ongoing success and growth of Bush Children’s Mount Isa for North Queensland communities.
The centre is now fully operational and staffed to provide vital health and community services – including speech pathology, psychology and occupational therapy – for children in Mount Isa and the surrounding area.

The Royal Queensland Bush Children’s Health Scheme is a non-Government, community organisation which offers a range of allied health services to children and families living in rural Queensland.
