• A transaction fee will apply to all Internet and telephone bookings.
• Ticket collection for tickets purchased via the call centre or the website within seven (7) days of an event can be picked up on the day of the home game from the Tickets Online office at Dairy Farmers Stadium, from 9am up until 2 hours prior to gates open. Tickets Online strongly encourages customers to collect their tickets during these times to prevent delays in entering the stadium to watch the game. Alternatively, tickets can be collected from the northern ticket box from gates open.
• The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys strongly encourages patrons to pre-purchase their tickets to save time waiting in line on game days.
