After a year out, the Toyota Legendary Moments ad campaign is back and venturing into new horizons.
The footy-themed advertising campaign was created in 2005 out of the insight that fans love celebrating heroes of the past, and until now has focused on AFL.
In its fifth year, Toyota has decided to expand the campaign into the NRL with the re-creation of one of Rugby League's most famous State of Origin moments and one of the game's most inspiring players.

The player: Wally Lewis is widely regarded as the greatest Rugby League player of all time.
Nicknamed 'The King' and also 'The Emperor of Lang Park', Lewis represented Queensland in 31 State of Origin games from 1980 to 1991, being captain for 30 of them.
Lewis is perhaps best known for his State of Origin performances, spearheading Queensland's dominance in that competition throughout the 1980s. He has a record eight man-of-the-match awards in Origin football.
The moment: The advertisement highlights Wally Lewis’ inspirational try in Game 2 of the 1989 State of Origin series.
Depleted by injury, Queensland needed some inspiration from their captain. His 40-metre solo effort to score led to Queensland scoring an unlikely victory and a series win.
The try and the victory resulted in an unprecedented standing ovation from the usually hostile NSW crowd.
